AGOURA HILLS, Calif. – May 23, 2019 – On May 15, 2019, Vitu, an innovative technology company, acquired long-time Indiana title and registration experts, Title Pro. The collaboration of Vitu’s technology with Title Pro’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) expertise provides expansive growth opportunity and offers significantly enhanced services to existing dealer partners. The acquisition combines both companies’ assets, staff and customer contracts and Title Pro Technology, LLC, will now operate under the Vitu name.

In the coming months, Vitu will launch its Indiana eFile solution, enabling auto dealers to streamline their title and registration process with the BMV. A fully electronic platform allows for completing and electronically submitting title and registration work directly to the state through the Vitu platform.
