Ann McCloskey is a Managing Director at Accel-KKR. She is a member of the Operating team focused on Executive Development and Talent Strategy. She also co-chairs Accel-KKR’s DE&I council supporting the firm’s initiatives on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Ann served as Managing Director – Executive Development and Organizational Effectiveness for Vista Consulting Group/Vista Equity Partners. Additionally, she was a founding Managing Partner for ST6 Partners, a boutique consulting firm focused on transforming PE based SaaS businesses. She has work with leadership teams to improve organizational health and transform talent practices for software companies ranging in size from $30MM to over $1B in revenue. Additionally, she has provided individual coaching to C-level executives in support of the effective growth and transformation of their organizations.

In addition to her work at Vista Consulting Group, Ann has over 25 years of executive level consulting in strategy, executive team alignment, change management, talent development and culture building. Her expertise spans industries including software and technology, entertainment, banking, financial services, and non-profit.
Ann earned her MS in Organizational Development from Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University and her BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
